NICOLE is a chatterbot developed by Phil Howlett. What makes it unique is that it generates it's responses by repeating what other's have said to it. Because of this, it get's a lot of spam and derogitory statements thrown it's way, which is why at this point you might think that it's responses are random and nonsensical. I believe that this is what gives NICOLE it's charm, and why I'm keeping it up.
